You’ll start by receiving your very own lamb rib loin and learn how to transform it into a perfect lamb rack and French cutlets, ready for cooking at home. Our skilled BBQ Butcher will guide you through each step of the prep process, while our BBQ Chef shares expert tips, tricks, and cooking techniques.
