Welcome to our Everything Steak Workshop – an experience you won't forget! Get ready to dive into the world of steak as you receive your very own whole eye fillet, and learn how to trim, season, and prepare it for cooking at home. Our expert BBQ Butcher will guide you through the prep process, while our BBQ Chef shares tips, tricks, and pro cooking techniques.
Throughout the workshop, we’ll introduce you to a variety of cuts, including scotch fillet, sirloin, tri-tip, bavette, picanha, and rump cap. Plus, you’ll enjoy tasting some mouthwatering BBQ, like steak (of course!), wagyu beef, smoked cheese, chicken wings, and pork ribs—so come hungry!
Not only will you get hands-on experience, but you’ll also walk away with a butcher’s knife, a goodie bag, and your very own WHOLE EYE FILLET to take home. It’s a steak lover’s dream!
What you can expect:
Prepare your own eye fillet and have it packed to take home to cook
