Welcome to our exciting BBQ BRISKET Workshop! We are thrilled to offer you an unforgettable experience where you get your very own whole brisket, learn to trim and season ready for a long, slow cook. Our BBQ Butcher will show you how to prep your brisket and our BBQ Chef will be there to provide instructions, tips and tricks for cooking. We’ll also have some delicious BBQ food to try including brisket (of course!), beef wagyu, smoked cheese, chicken wings and pork ribs…come hungry!!

In addition to the hands-on experience, you will also enjoy a range of BBQ foods and receive a butcher’s knife, goodie bag and your BRISKET to take home with you.

What you can expect:

  • Prepare your own Brisket and have it seasoned and packed to take home to cook

  • Receive your very own butchers knife

  • Enjoy delicious BBQ prepared by our BBQ Chef including:
