Wagyu Flat Iron Steak

This is one amazing piece of meat. Flat iron steak—also known as a top blade steak, top blade filet, and shoulder top blade steak when butchered well can be a delicious and tender steak cut. We remember our Mum’s putting these into stews which seems like such a waste! Remove the centre gristle to create two beautiful steaks ready for the grill.
